A New Feeding Station

Charles is always willing to help out with my crazy ideas.

 I had an idea to put a board under the bird feeder because it seemed like the Bluejays and Blackbirds couldn't land long enough to eat.  I knew if I added this board that the squirrels would take advantage since they were spending a lot of time hanging upside down from the roof to nibble of the food, but that was ok with me. As you can see, Charles got into the program and I decided to add a couple of containers for peanuts and two screws that I could put apples and oranges on.  I can also put corn into the containers too if I want so that will work really well.  The animals are all loving it and we are getting hours of enjoyment watching all their antics.

Wildlife Feeding Station.  I think it turned out really great.

Right now there is peanuts in the containers but I can put other food in it later.

None of the birds seem to be eating the apples.
