Seedling Update: Saturday, February 22, 2020

This is the growth of the seedlings on February 13th at 5 days.  Left to right:
Cucumbers, Squash, Roma Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Habanero's, Poblanos, Radish, Green Beans, bush, dill, parsley, cornflower, sunflower
Cucumbers and Poblano Peppers were up first.  Looks like that grow light and the heat pad under the tray was working!

This is the growth on February 22.  As you can see, everything doing great and sprouting except the parsley and the cornflowers.  Next year, I should plant the slower growing plants in a different seed tray.  Or maybe I should just separate the flowers and veggies.  I am planning to start some of these seeds again for a second planting in late June.
I decided it was time to transplant some of these plants to give them the opportunity to mature before I plant them in the tubs or bales.  The cucumbers and squash definitely needed a bigger pot to spread out their roots.
I very carefully thinned the tomatoes and moved them to these six pack planters.  I hate thinning the plants.  I take it so personally!  lol. Charles was laughing at me because I was almost crying, but I got it done and they all settled into their new little living spaces.
Here is a duo I couldn't bear to separate.
The Cornflowers and the Alpines and doing ok but growing VERRRYYYY slow.  Need to remember to start these MUCH earlier.

I watered these and the next day, I added some fish fertilizer.
